The Problem

The Kenya government doesn’t have the resources to build and maintain western style treatment plants and the reliable delivery infrastructure necessary to provide clean safe water to everybody. Back flow menace is prevalent even for those connected to the Kenya local municipal water grid leading to secondary contamination of drinking water during delivery. In total disregard of local water quality conditions; available solutions in the market are mass produced in one size fits all approach . Water borne diseases though preventable is the number 1 killer for children under 5 years in Kenya currently according to the latest statistics from CDC global health Kenya.

OUR GOAL:

In our today’s livelihoods poor quality water can destroy lives, drive up costs and impact yield. Our goal is to eliminate safe water poverty by increasing access to affordable organic water treatment solutions in Kenya.

DESALINATION

Our desalination systems are optimized to meet your water quality conditions, flow rate, client needs and existing infrastructure. Normally we start with a water quality test if we have not mapped your area and then customize your reverse osmosis system. Our systems are very cheap to maintain & produce purified fresh water at very low rates compared to available alternatives including our municipal water authorities whose rates range from 75 to 200 Kshs for 1000 liters of fresh water. These systems pays itself back within one year.

Continued Use of saline water from borehole to irrigate crops leads to accumulation of salts in the soil thereby destroying fertile lands for agriculture production or re-afforestation.
